Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier.

Just browse through our shop and click on any items that you wish to buy, putting them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit card payment along with Switch debit card and at the moment only deliver to the UK.

Payments via PayPal. If you are in a hurry and need an item by a certain date, please let us know and remember we can always wrap and post your purchase direct to the lucky recipient.

Shipping And Handling

Orders carry a charge of £3.95 for postage and packing.

Delivery Schedule

We will normally send your order to you within 2-5 working days.

Personalised gifts can take longer as we finish each item to order so delivery for these is usually within 5-10 working days.

All orders are packaged with great care and sent via Royal Mail, first class.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK 17.5% VAT is included in the price you see.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Look out for the padlock symbol when your credit card details are being processed. This is a sure sign that your information is being stored safely.

Guarantee

All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee, if you're not happy send it back!

Please remember that an Internet site cannot give a 100% representation of the intensity of colour in many of our products. Also, as the hand-made items are exactly that, each will have a unique feel to it and will differ very slightly from the next. That's the joy of owning or presenting a truly unique gift.

Arty Giraffe Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Returns Policy

In accordance with the distance selling regulations, if when your order arrives you are not happy with it for any reason, you may return it for an immediate refund or replacement. Please contact us at enquiries@artygiraffe.com or by calling 0118 418 683 in order that we may have a replacement ready if necessary and to confirm the return address.

If you do decide to return items for any reason please make sure they are carefully packaged. We can only refund postage if the goods were sent in error or are faulty/in poor condition.
